Welcome to YouCamer. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YouCamer platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using YouCamer in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About YouCamer

YouCamer is a platform that enables users to connect for live, remote city experiences and related services.

Users on the platform may include:

• Travelers: users who browse, request, book, or participate in live city visits or related experiences.
• Camers: users who offer live city visits, city walks, or related services through their mobile device or other supported means.

YouCamer provides a platform for discovery, booking, coordination, and related support. For the MVP or in certain cases, live sessions may be conducted through third-party communication or streaming services such as WhatsApp, Google Meet, FB Messenger, Telegram, or similar external tools (“Third-Party Communication Services”).

YouCamer does not guarantee that any live session will be provided through YouCamer-owned streaming infrastructure.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
• have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• provide accurate and complete information when registering;
• comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access some features of the Service. You agree to:

• provide accurate, current, and complete account information;
• keep your login credentials secure;
• promptly update your information if it changes;
• accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

4. Roles on the Platform

4.1 Traveler

A Traveler may browse, request, book, or participate in sessions offered by Camers.

4.2 Camer

A Camer may create or complete a profile, offer availability, accept bookings, and provide live city experiences or related services.

Camers are solely responsible for:

• the accuracy of their profile and representations;
• the quality and conduct of their sessions;
• their own equipment, connectivity, battery, and environment;
• compliance with local laws, filming rules, and safety obligations.

5. Bookings and Sessions

YouCamer may allow Travelers to request or book sessions with Camers.

5.1 No guarantee of availability

All bookings are subject to Camer availability and confirmation where applicable.

5.2 Session conditions

Sessions may be affected by network connectivity, weather, noise, public conditions, mobility constraints, safety considerations, and technical issues with Third-Party Communication Services.

6. Payments, Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds

Travelers may be required to pay fees to book a session. You authorize YouCamer and its payment providers to process payments related to your booking.

Refunds, credits, or rescheduling may be offered at YouCamer’s discretion according to stated policies for no-shows or severe technical failures.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate laws, harass others, perform unsafe/illegal activities, or record sessions without consent. YouCamer may terminate accounts for violations of these rules.

8. Safety and Public Conduct

Travelers must not pressure Camers to enter dangerous areas or break laws. Camers must use good judgment and prioritize safety. YouCamer is not an emergency service.

9. Content and Recordings

Users must not record or distribute sessions without proper consent. By submitting content, you grant YouCamer a license to use it to operate and market the Service.

10. Third-Party Services

YouCamer is not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party tools (like WhatsApp or FB Live) used during sessions.

11. Intellectual Property

The YouCamer name, branding, and software are owned by YouCamer and protected by law.

12. Reviews and Feedback

Reviews must be honest and lawful. YouCamer may remove reviews that violate these Terms.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. YouCamer does not guarantee the quality, safety, or conduct of any user or session.

14. Indemnification

You agree to protect YouCamer from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Suspension and Termination

YouCamer may suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for safety risks.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brussels/BE.

19. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels/BE.
